It is awesome and you are going to have a fantastic time.
If you have the money - do Discovery Cove with the dolphin experience. Proper once in a lifetime stuff.
Do the Kennedy Space Centre as well - probably my favourite day when we were there.
The parks are all great but you will probably spend more time in Universal unless your kids are massively into Disney. Food wise just go with the flow - there are hundreds of places to eat. The kids loved iHop for breakfast which certainly fills you up until later in the day.
Oh, and don't forget to take out a second mortgage on your house. You'll need it.

always, surely the question depends on what you like. I went to a brilliant lobster restaurant there but if you don't like lobster its not going to be very good is it. The same with the theme parks, it depends on what sort of rides you like.
I always find one of the best parts of the holiday is finding places you like . Its a novel idea i know but why don't you go there , do a bit of exploring and find out yourself rather than leave it people that have no idea what your likes are other than you support west ham.

That's a seriously huge question which you could write a book answering. Thankfully somebody already has, so my first recommendation is to buy this.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01MQJSPKV/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1499274504&sr=8-1&keywords=brits+guide+to+orlando+2017
Contains lots of good advice, and is handily organised in chapters so you can look up any topic you want without trawling through too much other stuff.
Enjoy!

Mr. Burns. Have a heart, he's not as quick as he used to be.

I'm going in October for the first time. I'm not on Facebook, but a few people have told me there's a really helpful group called Its Orlando Time or something.
Always people advising about places to eat and things to do.
